Confidential Investment Firm Offices – London
| November 13, 2020Loop Interiors and Cirque Furniture worked together to design a confidential investment firm’s offices in London, England.
The clean and quirky design for this private investment firm in central London was developed to mimic their core beliefs and attract new business and talent.
Loop Interiors and Cirque furniture worked in tandem to create an environment that carries the philosophy of the brand into the design architecture. The clever use of custom lighting is used to link the office space together, the light strip initially leads you out of the main lifts, through to the reception and also brings you through to the rest of the office. Clean and high-end finishes dress the front of office space to create a very minimalist space, the furnishings are quirky and unusual which really reflects the clients core beliefs. Moving into the rest of the office it was important to bring Biophilia into the space which was achieved with several living walls, above storage planters and a breakout area with large plant troughs. Moreover, with the inclusion of softer finishes like timber flooring and ply lined wall features really softens up the space and creates a more homely feel.
Overall, the 22,000 square-foot office accommodates an open space plan with 180 height-adjustable working stations, a large breakout area for informal meetings and an adjoining tea point. The office is split over two floors with a front of house meeting space with five meeting rooms for client facing meetings. The second floor comprises a larger open-plan area, smaller breakout spaces and internal meeting rooms which the staff can enjoy.
