Cushman & Wakefield Offices – Singapore
| April 11, 2023MSDO created a space to give employees an enticing office for comfortable work at the Cushman & Wakefield offices in Singapore.
As a global leader in corporate real estate advisory services, at Cushman & Wakefield, we are constantly looking forward to understand what will shape the future of real estate and the future of work. Powered by data-driven analytics and insights from our global occupier database, we foretold that the pandemic would re-shape how we work and where we work. Working from home started as a health priority, organisations and individuals scrambled to be effective.
Now we understand that choice, hybrid working and creating an office as a destination is fundamental to high performance.
At Cushman & Wakefield, Singapore, we created a workplace where colleagues are empowered to make the decision to be present at our office because they absolutely want to be there, for all the right reasons. We wanted a workplace that allows our people to fulfill their aspirations, give choice and instill flexibility in how and where they work, one that empowers employees in choosing a work setting that best suits their work style and activities for the day.
The design and fit-out of the new office put our employees at the center as we incorporated feedback and findings from the company’s ‘Experience per SF™ (XSF)’ and pulse surveys, time utilisation studies, employee focus groups and business roundtable sessions. These findings were then grafted into the inspirational designs of MSDO to create a hospitality-fueled destination where our clients and our people want to come.
