Johnson & Johnson Offices – Moscow
| April 20, 2020ABD architects recently realized the office design for global holding company, Johnson & Johnson, located in Moscow, Russia.
The new Johnson & Johnson office follows the latest international trends in the field of interior design and work organization. The office has received the international LEED Silver certificate. There are no workspaces or offices assigned to employees; instead everyone gets a locker and a basket for personal belongings. Employees can efficiently organize their work with the help of a flexible conference room booking system, teamwork areas, multiple rooms for phone calls and quick meetings, and spaces for individual work. Four large meeting rooms can be transformed into a conference room for 120 people using the mobile acoustic partitions.
Also there are a special healthcare room, a yoga room equipped for sports, and a recovery room for relaxation and rest. Employees can use showers on each floor of the office and many bicycle parking on the territory of the business park.
Johnson & Johnson has its own credo, fundamental document for the company. Architects reflected the essence of the credo in the interior of the new office, guided by the main idea in it – caring for the person. So, there are a lot of solutions of space organization for the comfortable work of employees. For example, the layout of the office provides maximum access of sunlight to the room, and panoramic windows offer views of the nearby park.
Workstations are equipped with lifting gears with electric drive, allowing you to adjust the height of the table for comfortable work, and ergonomic chairs. There were used environmentally friendly materials, and electronics has passed the ENERGY STAR certification. To ensure acoustic comfort customized acoustic panels with individual design have been installed on every floor.
The light colors of the office are complemented by bright accents of red and blue – corporate colors of Johnson & Johnson. Mint color is highlighted in the dining areas, as well as shades of light wood. Green color is located both in greening and in interior details. There is a wall of stabilized moss behind the reception desk, which immediately attracts the attention of visitors.
