Lantmännen Unibake Offices – Copenhagen
| August 6, 2021Danielsen Spaceplanning designed the Lantmännen Unibake space to reflect their product and their Scandinavian roots for their offices in Copenhagen, Denmark.
The client Lantmännen / Unibake wanted a unique headquarter, which could function both as a showcase for their frozen bake-off products and a hub for their global partners. Danielsen Spaceplanning created a plan for the customizations, which included a small bakery and a central space, which functioned as both a showcase and a lounge for staff and visitors.
A feature of the central space was the omission of the standard lowered acoustic ceiling. This added 1,5 meters to the room height. All but the necessary installations were removed or reconfigured, to give it a clean look. The standard grey carpets were replaced with sustainable Bolon designer carpets and glass walls were installed with black rails to give it an exclusive look. Mixed with scent of freshly baked bread from the bakery this space clearly transcends any ordinary office fit out.
As for the design profile, we worked with two different approaches. For the common areas we developed a look based on Lantmännens corporate design. For the meeting rooms we wanted to show off the diversity of the different Unibake products with a clear branding profile for each meeting room. This way we managed to create a calm, distinctly Scandinavian and coherent office space mixed with unique elements.
