Which Architectural Design would you prefer?

Old Bugis Street (left) vs trendy Bugis Junction (right). I personally find old architectural designs are quite classic in a way and good to look at. Shot taken at Bugis Street vicinity.
pp: No HDR. Just copy a layer and apply Multiply with opacity adjustment to satisfaction. Erasing top (multiply) layer in gradual steps of 30% on dark areas only.
